This is a very nice all original Japanese Type 99 Arisaka rifle that was manufactured late in WWII at the Nagoya Arsenal.  Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter.  This rifle is a late 11th series rifle that was manufactured during the final days of WWII.  This rifle is not import marked and is most likely a WWII bringback.  The mum has been ground.  Finding a good 11th series rifle that was not messed with is a hard rifle to find in today’s market!
