This is a nice original Steyr Gew 88 Commission rifle that was manufactured in 1894. Mechanically this rifle works great and should make for a fine shooter. The bore diameter should be checked before firing as this rifle is not “S” marked on the barrel shroud. This rifle is not import marked. It has not been updated in any way and is in original Gew 88 configuration.e buyer directly where legal. A copy of your state issued photo ID must be submitted before shipment can be made.
