This is a very nice all original Russian M44 Mosin Nagant rifle that was manufactured at the Tula Arsenal in 1944. Mechanically this carbine is in very good working order and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  This carbine is import marked on the side of the receiver.  The bore has not been counter-bored and is in very good condition throughout.  The original Tula 1944 cartouche can still be seen in the stock.  This is a great carbine in above average condition.
