This is a very nice all original Polish K29 Mauser rifle that was manufactured for export purposes from Poland. Mechanically this rifle works great. I have personally fired it and it shoots just as it should. This rifle has no crest on the top of the receiver and was likely sent to Spain during the Spanish Civil War. There are no import marks, but the barrel is marked “8mm” by the upper band. This is a great example of an early Polish K29 Mauser that has certainly seen use throughout Europe during WWII.
