This is an absolutely amazing original PAL RH37 Fighting Knife that was manufactured by use for the US Navy during WWII. This fighting knife is in excellent condition throughout. The blade has some light wear as can be seen in the photos. The leather handle with red spacers is in excellent condition throughout. The other metal parts of the knife are in very good condition throughout.
The leather scabbard is in very good condition and is marked “BOYT 43” and “USN”. It is all original with supple leather. There are initials carved into the back side. This is one of the nicest WWII fighting knives that I have had the pleasure of owning. It would be very hard to upgrade from this piece.
