This sale is for one nice original Japanese Type 99 Arisaka that was manufactured at the Nagoya Arsenal.  Mechanically this rifle works great and is sure to be a good shooter.  This rifle is not import marked and has a full chrysanthemum that has not been defaced. This rifle is a late war substitute standard. A hard rifle to find a mum on as most were defaced.  This would be a perfect example of a late war rifle to add to your WWII milsurp rifle collection.
