This is a very nice all original Japanese Type 30 Bayonet that was manufactured at the Matsushita Kinzoku Arsenal late in WWII.  This bayonet has a very good blued blade in very good condition throughout.  The wood grips are in very good condition with a few light dents and dings.  All other metal parts are in very good condition with some light wear throughout.  The scabbard is in very good condition throughout with some light wear to the original bluing.  Overall, this is a great bayonet from a harder to find arsenal that will be an excellent addition to your Arisaka rifle.
