This is a very nice all original French MAS Mle 1936 LG48 Grenade Launching rifle.  This rifle works great mechanically and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  This rifle is Lebanese Marked on the left side of the receiver.  These rifles were manufactured into grenade capable rifles from the standard Mle 36 after WWII.  There is a small import mark at the end of the barrel. This rifle comes with a nice original French leather sling.
