This is a very nice Chinese Type 56 SKS rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. Mechanically this rifle works great and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  This rifle is not import marked and could very well be a Vietnam bringback.  It is not matching.  Overall this is a great Chinese Type 56 SKS that will make an excellent addition to your milsurp rifle collection.

Trigger guard matches. All other parts are not matching.

BORE CONDITION

The bore is in very good condition with strong rifling and shine throughout.

METAL CONDITION

The metal is in very good condition throughout. There is a spot of corrosion on the dust cover.

STOCK CONDITION

The stock is in good condition throughout. It has the original Chinese shellac finish throughout. There is a small split at the top of the wrist, but seems to be stable.
