This is a very nice all original Chinese Type 56 SKS rifle that was brought back from Vietnam.  Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter.  This rifle is not import marked.  It is all matching and original.  The chrome lined bore is in very good condition.  Unfortunately, the DD-603 form has long been lost to time so there is not paperwork to authenticate its history. However, with no import mark and the condition consistent with Vietnam era weaponry, this rifle was surely a veteran of South Vietnam.
