British No4 Mk1 Enfield Rifle Excellent Fazakerley Arsenal 1948

This is a very nice all original British No4 Mk1 Enfield Rifle that was manufactured at Fazakerley Arsenal in October of 1948. Mechanically this rifle is in very good working order and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  There is an import mark on the side of the receiver. Post WWII Fazakerely Arsenal Enfields are some of the best shooting rifles on the surplus market.  Don’t let this one pass you by!

SERIAL NUMBERS

Receiver, bolt, fore end, magazine are all serial number matching. All other parts are not serial serial numbered and appear to be correct and original.

BORE CONDITION

9/10

The bore is in very good condition. It is bright and shiny with strong rifling throughout.

METAL CONDITION

8/10

The metal is in very good condition throughout. There is some finish wear consistent with an issued rifle.

STOCK CONDITION

8/10

The stock, fore end and handguards are all in very good condition throughout. There are dents and dings as can be seen in the photos.
