This is a very nice all original Russian SVT40 Semi Auto rifle that was manufactured in 1943 at the Tula Arsenal. Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and shoots great.  This rifle is not import marked and is very possibly a WWII bringback.  The gas system and bore are both in very good condition throughout.  It comes with a nice original canvas sling that was on it when I purchased it.  This is a great rifle that would be very hard to upgrade in your collection!
