This is a very nice all original Springfield Armory M1 Garand rifle that was manufactured in 1955.  Mechanically this rifle works great and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  This rifle appears to be unchanged since being built in 1955. It retains all original parts and is all correct.  It has a bore that is like new and is not import marked.  This is an excellent example of a Springfield Armory M1 Garand built in 1955.
