This is a very nice all original Swedish M38 Mauser rifle that was built out of an M96 Swedish long rifle that was manufactured by Carl Gustafs Stad in 1901. Mechanically this rifle works great and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  This rifle has a small import mark at the end of the barrel.  It is all matching with the exception of the floor plate. This is a common piece to be mismatched as they are easily lost from the rifle.  This is a great example of a Swedish M38 Mauser rifle that will be an excellent addition to any WWII collection.
