This is a very nice all original Russian Capture German K98 Mauser that was manufactured in 1939 at Berlin-Luebecker Maschinenfabriken in Luebeck, Germany. Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter. This rifle is complete with all original German markings and has not been defaced or peened in any way.  All original German serial numbers are mismatched, but the Russian elecro-pencil markings are matching along with the Russian stamped rifle serial number on the butt stock.  This is a great example of an Eastern Front used rifle that is ready for your WWII collection!
