This is a very nice all original Hungarian M44 Mosin Nagant Carbine that was manufactured in 1953. Mechanically this carbine is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter.  This carbine is import marked at the end of the barrel.  This carbine is all matching with the exception of the bolt which is a Hungarian bolt and works well in the carbine.  The Hungarian M44 Mosin Nagant is a seldom seen collectible milsurp in the Mosin collecting world.  This is a fine example of one that you won’t mind taking to the range.
