Beautiful Early German G33/40 Mountain Carbine Matching Early 1940 945 Code Post War Norwegian Police

This is a very nice all original German G33/40 mountain carbine that was manufactured in 1940. Mechanically this rifle is in very good working order and is an excellent shooter. I have personally fired it and it works perfect.  This rifle is not import marked.  It has been used by the Norwegians post WWII by their police and is marked as such on the receiver.  Other than the Norwegian markings, it is all original German configuration.  It is complete with a nice unmarked leather German sling, cleaning rod and correct sight hood.  These carbines are hard to find especially early 945 code guns.  This carbine will be a perfect addition to any WWII milsurp collection!

BORE CONDITION

8/10

The bore is in very good condition with strong rifling and shine throughout. Some light frosting in the grooves that will clean up after some shooting.

METAL CONDITION

The metal is in very good condition throughout.

STOCK CONDITION

The stock and handguard are both in very good condition throughout. It has been arsenal refinished post war, but all markings are still present.
