This is a very nice all original British No5 Mk1 Enfield Jungle Carbine manufactured by BSA Co.  in 1945. Mechanically this carbine is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter.  This carbine is export marked on the top of the barrel and “ENGLAND” marked on the receiver.  This carbine is all serial number matching with a nice original black paint finish.  These are very nice carbines and are hard to find with WWII dates.  This one will be an excellent addition to your collection and is ready for the range!

The bore is in very good condition with strong rifling and shine throughout

METAL CONDITION

The metal is in very good condition throughout. There is some loss to the original black paint finish as can be seen in the photos.

STOCK CONDITION

The stock, fore end, and handguard are all in very good condition throughout. There are a few dents and dings, but nice original stock cartouches.
