This is a stunning original WWI Cavalry Canteen in all original condition from 1918. The canteen is dated 1918 and was manufactured by T. J. W. B. M. Co, the cup is dated 1918 and was manufactured by L. F. & C., and the cover is dated 1918 and was manufactured by RIA. This rare canteen set is in very good condition throughout. It has the rare and correct leather strap present with brass retaining hook. The WWI cavalry canteen does not come up very often in this condition. Most were used hard over the years and show signs of hard use and neglect. This is a great example that will be very hard to upgrade.
