This is a very nice all original Czech Vz24 Mauser rifle that was manufactured in 1924 and captured by the Germans and reworked sometime during WWII. Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and shoots great. This rifle is not import marked. This rifle is serial numbered on the stock, upper and lower bands, the rear sight slider, and bolt catch. This was done by the Germans during WWII as the Czechs never serial numbered these parts. There is also a German WaA stamp at the wrist of the stock. The ID disc is marked on the right side. The wrist sling swivel has been removed. This is also an indication of German rework. This rifle is complete with original sight hood and cleaning rod.
