This is a nice original Turkish M38 Mauser rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser.  Mechanically it works good, but there is a crack in the stock that will need repaired before doing a lot of shooting with it.  There is a small import mark at the end of the barrel. This rifle will make an excellent project for someone with a little wood working skills.
