This is a very nice all original M1 Garand Bayonet manufactured during WWII by the American Fork and Hoe Company. Mechanically this bayonet works fine. It fits right on to an M1 Garand and locks up tight.
The blade is in very good condition throughout. This blade was manufactured as a 10″ blade and has not been cut down from the longer 16″ blade.
The grips are in good shape throughout with handling marks throughout.
The cross guard has a slight bend to it, but does not affect function.
The scabbard is in fair condition. It appears to be original and works as it should. However, the tip has broken off. It still covers the tip of the blade properly.
