This is a very nice all original Japanese Type 30 Arisaka Bayonet manufactured by the Toyoda Automatic Loom Works. Mechanically this bayonet works great. It fits great onto a Japanese Type 38 or Type 99 Arisaka rifle and locks on tight.
The blade is blued throughout. It is in good condition with some wear near the tip of the blade.
The cross guard and the pommel metal are both in very good condition throughout. There is some wear to the bluing.
The wood grips are in very good original condition. There are a few dents and dings, but they have not been refinished.
The scabbard is in very good condition throughout with some wear as can be seen in the photos.
