Italian M38 Carcano Short Rifle Awesome Finnish Contract Matching Stock Non Import Marked

This is a very nice all original Italian M38 Carcano short rifle manufactured at the Terni Arsenal in 1939.  This rifle was sent to Finland as part of the Finnish contract for use during the Winter War.  Mechanically this rifle is in excellent working order and is sure to be a great shooter.  It is not import marked and is complete with original bayonet lug (sometime removed on imports).  This is a great example of the Italian M38 Carcano that will make an excellent addition to your milsurp rifle collection!

SERIAL NUMBERS

Stock is serial number matching. All other parts match in patina and are not serial numbered.

BORE CONDITION

7/10

The bore is in good condition throughout. It is dark in the grooves, but has good rifling throughout and should clean up after a little shooting.

METAL CONDITION

8/10

The metal is in good condition throughout. The bluing has turned to brown patina throughout.

STOCK CONDITION

9/10

The stock and hand guard are both in very good condition throughout. The stock is matching to the rifle and has nice original markings.
