Inland M1 Carbine Beautiful General Motors 8/43 Dated

This is a very nice original Inland M1 Carbine that manufactured in August of 1943. Mechanically this carbine works great.  It is not import marked.  It comes with a very nice 1943 dated buttstock pouch.

SERIAL NUMBERS

Parts are a mix of USGI with most being made by Inland. All USGI original parts

BORE CONDITION

9/10

The bore is in very good condition with strong rifling and shine throughout.

METAL CONDITION

8/10

The metal is in very good condition throughout. There is some wear consistent with an issued rifle.

STOCK CONDITION

7/10

The stock and handguard are both in good condition. There is a small split at the wrist on the right side of the stock. Neither seem to be structural and I have fired this carbine many times with no movement of either split.
