IBM M1 Carbine Excellent Post War Rearsenal Awesome Stock Cartouches

This is a very nice original IBM M1 Carbine that was manufactured during WWII.  Mechanically this carbine shoots great.  I have personally fired it and it is a true pleasure to shoot.  This carbine is not import marked.  It comes with a nice original butt stock pouch that is 1943 dated. It also comes with nice sling and oiler.  The IBM barrel is dated November of 1943. This is a great Korean War era refurb that will make an excellent addition to any collection.

Parts are all USGI parts, but are not all original to a factory IBM Carbine.

BORE CONDITION

9/10

The bore is in very good condition with strong rifling and shine throughout.

METAL CONDITION

9/10

The metal is in very good condition throughout. There is some wear consistent with an issued rifle.

STOCK CONDITION

8/10

The stock is in very good condition. It has very nice original cartouches. It does look to have been cleaned with something at some point, but a good coat of BLO would bring the shine back.
