This is a very nice all original Gen Cut M1917 bayonet made during the Vietnam War. Mechanically this bayonet works great and will fit right on to any 1917 adapted bayonet lug such as a USGI trench gun or 1917 pattern rifle.
The blade is in very good condition throughout. It is parkerized as is correct for this vintage bayonet.
The handles are in very good condition throughout.
The scabbard is in very good condition and is period correct for this bayonet.
