This is a very nice Finnish M39 Mosin Nagant rifle that was manufactured at Sako in 1942. Mechanically this rifle works great and is sure to be an excellent shooter.  This rifle has had a Russian PU scope and mount installed. Although an attractive addition that works well, it is not a military configuration.  This does make for a great accurate rifle that really should have been militarily produced.  This rifle will make an excellent addition to your milsurp rifle collection that you won’t be afraid to take to the range.
